Terms and Conditions for Gift Card cash giveaway March 2023, Game of Skill.

Competition Date Valid: 1st March 2023 – 31st of March 2023.

Prize:

Eligibility of Entry:

• 1. Be following our @islandoptical Instagram page
• 2. Tag @islandoptical with a picture of your Island Optical prescription Glasses or Sunglasses purchased from Island Optical.
• 3. Be living in Australia with a residential address recognised by Australia Post. International entries will not be accepted.
• 4. A winner cannot be associated with the Island Optical (includes current employees, contractors and suppliers).
• 5. A post of a picture, video, reel or story during the month of March 2023.
• 6. A winner candidate can create as many posts, stories and reels as they like. Each will be treated as a separate entry.

How to Enter:

• 1. Be following @islandoptical Instagram page.
• 2. Post a Picture, Video, Story or Reel and Tag @islandoptical with your Island Optical Prescription Glasses or Sunglasses.

Conditions of Entry

• 1. Must be following @islandoptical Instagram page.
• 2. Must have tagged @islandoptical in a post, story, or reel with created content presenting glasses or sunglasses purchased from Island Optical.
• 3. Conditions 1 & 2 must both be met during the competition period to be eligible to win a prize.
• 4. A winner cannot be associated with Island Optical (includes current employees, contractors and suppliers).
• 5. Cut off time is the 31st of March at 11:59pm AEDT prior to announcement on 3rd of April 2023.
  
• 6. Must be able to provide the brand of frame, model number (located inside the arm of frame) and store last visited for verification of frame being purchased at Island Optical.

Disqualification of entry:

• 1. If company brands other than @islandoptical are tagged, the entry is disqualified.
• 2. If the optical fames or sunglasses were not purchased from Island Optical, the entry is disqualified.
• 3. If the entry does not follow Instagram Guidelines, the entry is disqualified.

Competition winner(s) will be announced and published, on Instagram stories at or around 2pm AEDT on the 3rd of April 2023.  Winner will be judged by 2 people from Island Optical’s management team on creativity and content developed.

Notification of winners: Winner must reply to the winner announcement on Instagram stories and send a direct message within 1 day supplying their full name, details (Brand and model number) of optical frame or sunglasses purchased, and store last visited on file for verification before the prize will be sent to your local store for collection through standard Australia Post. Store staff will call you when it arrives and put it aside for it to be picked up. If by Tuesday the 4th April at 2pm the winner has not given their full name, frame details and store last visited a new winner will be announced on Instagram stories and direct messaged. The same 1 day to claim the prize online will apply. If the Prize is not collected in store a month after the store receiving it, they will deem it to be forfeited.
