Job Description – Optical Dispenser | Optical Assistant

Responsibilities

  • – Assist with customers with frame selections
  • – Administration and Reception duties
  • – Provide administrative support for Optometrists
  • – Provide support and assist fellow team members
  • – On the job training to be proficient in dispensing prescription spectacles according to individual needs 

We are looking for

  • – Previous customer service experience
  • – Optical Experience is not essential, but is preferred
  • – Optical Dispensing Cert IV highly desirable
  • – Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • – Excellent attention to detail
  • – Motivated, positive and friendly personality
  • – Basic Computer skills
  • – Ability to multi-task
  • – Strong Teamwork Skills
